LaCosha Williams is family focused, community driven and loves God.  She is a successful businesswoman, author, motivational speaker and community servant in various nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering anyone or organization that is serious about growth. However, many of her previous roles took a back seat when she was suddenly faced with traumatic grief and shock of her son's death. The unnatural order of loss devastated her and it is an ongoing painful process that is different every day. On her path with the extended support of Moms Demand Action, she is a recent Everytown Survivor Fellow. As she copes and continues to love on her son for eternity, Williams launched Arts & Education R.E.E.S.E. scholarships in her son's honor and memory. LaCosha and Lawreese previously planned to launch a nonprofit by 2025 primarily for minority males which would have included scholarships. Together, in spirit and love, they still launched a scholarship program in 2023 that is live and ongoing.  There is so much darkness in the world. They will share "light and empowerment" with as many youth as possible through education and training from technical programs, trade schools, community college and universities.
